Phillip Rankin B.Bus (Accounting), ASA, AICD, AICUD, JP

Phillip is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in Financial Management, Business Planning & Development, Risk Assessment, Staff Recruitment and Training, Information Systems Implementation and Financial & Capital Budgeting. Phillip joined the Macarthur Credit Union Board in 1995 and has been a member of the Audit Committee since 1996. Phillip provides consulting servics to business following his most recent role as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at JFTA Pty Limited, with previous experience as a Managing Director, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Finance Broker and Accountant.

Neville has wide experience in payroll and office administration, staff training and recruitment, as well as insurance, industrial relations and OH&S matters. Neville’s involvement in management for 27 years brings a vast range of experience to the Board. Neville is currently the Human Resources Manager for Scott Corporation Limited.

Kylie’s understanding of the needs of the local community has been developed over a period of 16 years working for the Camden Council. Kylie’s experience extends from managing urban growth, negotiating with landowners and developers, managing Council’s Heritage Advisory service and researching community needs, particularly those of young people.

Robert has served as the Chairman of Macarthur Group Training and 69 John Street Pty Ltd and is the current Trustee of the Returned and Services League of Australia Camden Branch. Robert has experience in the area of accounting and financial management, and management experience as retired General Manager of Camden Council.

Michael has been a Director for 20 years and a member of the Credit Union for 40 years. Michael brings 15 years experience in management positions relating to Industrial Relations, OH&S and HR to the Board, as well as 25 years experience in accounting and auditing. Michael is a past Director of the Camden Bowling Club.

As the youngest member of the Macarthur Credit Union Board, Lloyd provides valuable insight from an important segment of our membership. Lloyd brings solid experience in Marketing, Management and Human Resources. Lloyd is currently the General Manager at Bargo Sports Club, having previously been the Operation Manager at Bargo Sports Club and the Camden Golf Club.
