When you make a payment using PayExpress, you are provided with a unique APCA user ID, a logon name and password to access the secured payment portal. Any file information submitted through this site is protected on a SSL connection with 128-bit encryption certificate – the same level of encryption used by banks that provide this type of service all over the world. Once the file is successfully submitted, customers will also receive a copy of the file lodgement summary via email to ensure that payments are executed in strict accordance with your instructions.
